This hotel is a disaster! The carpet was so filthy, i was worried about my shoes. The shower had a bad smell that lingered, and can we talk about how i expected a welcome gift for my 13-night stay? Absolutely unacceptable! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, the lack of cleanliness ruined it.

Cleanliness definitely needs attention!!! The room carpets were stained, there were strange odors in the hallway, and the sofa beds are far from comfortable. Noise from the street can be quite disruptive at night!!!

The location in the city center is perfect for a short stay as part of a business or private trip. Public parking behind the corner. Newly renovated, clean, friendly staff and free WIFI. Definitely offers value for money.

The room was big size with refrigerator, had essentials required. This was a marvellous location really close to city center and all sightseenings, old town, and all the attractions and the main train station, lots of shops and resturants near by.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not always friendly.

Honestly, the location is super convenient, right near shopping and the metro 🚆. But the noise from the street was a bummer. They're a bit slow to respond, especially at reception.

EXPO Hotel Frankfurt is a newly built and opened hotel with very suitable location - 5 min walking from Haupwache, friendly stuff (deutch/english/russian/ speaking), ready to help in everything, everytime! Nice,comfortable, clean rooms. And suitable price! Great deal for price and quality! Thank's everyone at EXPO!
For me, it would be better to serve breakfast like an option. Wish a stable WiFi in the room(it's possible to correct) - it is better in the hall. Wrong map at Booked.net, but it's also possible to correct, maybe allready been corrected.
